The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has purchased 8,750 additional sets of the USMC Extreme Cold Weather System, which consist of parkas, trousers and booties insulated with PrimaLoft – Albany International’s nonwoven insulation.
Earlier this year PrimaLoft was awarded bluesign system partner status – the first branded apparel insulation manufacturer to obtain bluesign status for exacting sustainable credentials.
