LENZING – Austrian fibre producer Lenzing has completed the €60 million expansion of its on-site pulp plant, increasing production capacities for dissolving pulp extracted from beech wood from 300,000 to 320,000 tonnes per year. The company says that the project “serves as a significant economic driver in the region” and strengthens Lenzing’s self-supply of pulp in accordance with its sCore TEN corporate strategy.
