GRAZ – International technology group Andritz has announced that its operations in France - Andritz Asselin-Thibeau and Andritz Perfojet – will merge into one legal entity to become Andritz France, effective 31 December, 2025.
Announcing the restructuring Fabien Ravier, managing director, Andritz France SAS, said the strategic step would strengthen the organisation, simplify operations, and “enhance responsiveness to market needs while preserving the expertise of each site”.
“This change will not affect business continuity, and your usual contacts remain unchanged,” Ravier added.
“Our teams remain fully committed to supporting customers and partners with the same dedication.
“Thank you for your trust as we open a new chapter focused on innovation, excellence, digitalisation, and proximity.”
