MÖNCHENGLADBACH - Trützschler Nonwovens, Trützschler Card Clothing and Trützschler Man-Made Fibers will present a range of new and proven solutions for the nonwoven, card clothing and man-made fibre sectors at the upcoming ITMA exhibition.

Taking place in Milan from June 8 to June 14 at the Fiera Milano Rho, the Group will have a 1,320-square-metere stand in Hall 3, Stand, C101.

At the show, Trützschler Nonwovens will focus on solutions which it says takes nonwoven production processes to a new level with a focus on the latest innovations for needlepunching.

Firstly, this includes Trützschler's joint venture with Italian textile machinery manufacturer Texnology that offers complete production lines for needlepunched nonwovens under the T-Suprema brand.

Web bonding with steel needles represents the largest production process in the drylaid nonwovens segment. The areas of application are predominantly of a technical nature, with the largest applications being durable geotextiles, automotive textiles and filter media.

The high adaptability of the needling and finishing processes as well as the broad material base result in a large number of different end products. Needle-punching is suitable for a wide range of man-made and natural fibres including mineral and high-performance fibres.

Trützschler Nonwovens says it is contributing its many years of experience in fibre preparation and web forming to the cooperation while Texnology will mainly be responsible for the needlepunching process.

The tailor-made packages include production lines, integrated digital support and global service, which can be seen in greater detail in Hall 10, Stand A101 where a running needle-punching line featuring some of the T-Suprema machinery will be on display.

Trützschler Nonwovens will also showcase solutions for new and environmentally friendly wipe materials, as well as an innovative drying concept. Unlocking the potential of digitalization will be the key topic at its T-ONE corner, where the company will demonstrate every aspect of its digital environment – from quality control and recipe management through to real-time process monitoring and AI-based line optimization.

Elsewhere, Trützschler Man-Made Fibers will demonstrate Optima, its flexible platform for all types of Bulk Continuous Filament (BCF) carpet and Industrial Yarn (IDY) while Trützschler Spinning will showcase innovations for carding, draw frame and combing. Visitors can also look forward to the introduction of the new brand TrueCycled for textile recycling.
