ROME – Italian industrial group Angelini Industries has signed an agreement with P&G to buy 50% of Fameccanica, which until now was a 50/50 joint venture between the two companies. Going forward, Angelini Industries will own 100% of the international company, which offers robotics and converting machinery for a wide range of industries including the production of disposable hygienic products.
