The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is extending a €3 million loan to Turkish wet wipes producer Sapro. The loan will finance part of the capital required to start Sapro’s own production of spunlaced nonwovens, which account for more than half the cost of the final wet wipe product.
