Environmental news and technical innovation in the nonwovens sector

SCHWARZENBACH - Nonwovens manufacturer Sandler will showcasing its range of technical nonwovens for acoustic applications at two industry trade fairs in Germany in October.

On show at the new Acoustex trade fair, which takes place on October 10 and 11 in Dortmund, Germany, and this year’s Orgatec, which is scheduled for the 23 to 27 of the month in Cologne, will be Sandler's latest single-polymer polyester panels which are produced without any chemical additives.

The panels are also resistant to moisture, UV-radiation, and mechanical influences, factors which Sandler says makes them a durable and robust alternative for interior design.

The panels can be used in wall and ceiling modules, partitions and acoustically efficient wall decorations. There are also applications as high-performance sound absorbers in nonwoven furniture fabrics.

At Acoustex, Sandler will be located at booth 3B.D30 in hall 3B. The company will also be participating in the Nonwovens for Interior Acoustics – Properties & Product seminar.

At Orgatec, the company can be found at booth E-028 in hall 10.1.
