The Aunde Group is acquiring fellow German-headquartered automotive fabrics supplier FS Fehrer, subject to approval by Germany’s antitrust body.
A major user of nonwovens, FS Fehrer’s product range comprises polyurethane moulded foam pads for vehicle seats, seat modules, roofing headliner components, sun roof covers and system parts for vehicle interiors, including natural fibre structural parts and trim panels, and from engineering to serial production.
