Acoustic and thermal management specialist Autoneum boosted its 2012 sales by 13.4%, despite the automotive market’s overall growth of only 6.1%.
Announcing sales of CHF 1,907.7 million, up from CHF 1,682.4 million in 2011, the company reports that while 2012 was a year of dynamic development in North America and in the growth markets of Asia, European light vehicle production fell by 5.9% and a 5.3% fall was also registered in the SAMEA (South America, Middle East, Africa) region.
