wiperThe long-anticipated amendment to the so-called ‘Wiper Rule’ – the EPA’s 1976 Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) – has been delayed once more.

As reported earlier by Sustainable Nonwovens, the RCRA relates to the treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous waste and was first challenged by Kimberly-Clark as far back as 1985 for providing an unfair advantage to laundered (shop) towels.
