The stringent management of resources and continuous technology expansion and product development programmes have seen Sandler AG double its turnover in just five years.
The nonwovens producer recorded 2011 sales of €240 million – up €37 million on 2010 and from €112 in 2006.
Over this five-year period, Sandler has invested €60 million, primarily in new lines, and early in 2011 opened its Plant 4 to become the largest nonwovens manufacturing site in Europe. Overall, Sandler ranks the tenth biggest nonwovens manufacturer worldwide.
