There were over 500 entries from around the world for the 2015 Wearable Technologies Innovation World Cup and winners in five categories – Sports and Fitness, Healthcare and Wellness, Gaming and Lifestyle, Safety and Security and Smart Clothing – were announced at the conference.
The winner in the Healthcare and Wellness category – which is likely to be of growing interest to the manufacturers of absorbent hygiene and medical products – was Feeligreen, which was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Grasse, France.
