    Essity in talks over Vinda business

    STOCKHOLM - Hygiene and health company Essity has confirmed that discussions are ongoing with a number of interested parties with regard to its majority stake in Asian hygiene company Vinda International Holdings.

    Essity confirmed, however, that no decision has been taken.
