STOCKHOLM – Speciality materials manufacturer Ahlstrom has launched a consultation process with employee representatives at its Bousbecque plant in France. The consultation will discuss the possible divestment or closure of the plant and whether to centralise parchment paper production at its Saint-Séverin plant in France to ensure the long-term future and competitiveness of the specialty materials business.
